Our company has been in business for over 26 years. We have a large showroom, three areas dedicated to changing tires, two alignment racks, two oil change racks, and eight stalls with lifts for car repairs. We have a large clean facility.
Our staff consists of a lot of experience. Ruben has been in the industry for over forty years. Randy also has been in the industry for over 40 years. Both Randy and Ruben have worked as tire men and mechanics, so they are not just sales people, they are experienced and knowledgeable. Randy has even taught high school auto shop, and has a degree in industrial arts from San Diego State.
Gabriel is learning on the job and the customers love him. He is polite,bilingual and loves to work with others professionally, but treats all like friends that he has known and helped for many years.
Our Tire men are experienced an won't scratch your wheels. We use the latest equipment to insure a smooth ride and long lasting tires.
Our mechanics are ASE certified. ASE certified mechanics undergo through and extensive training and are then tested to insure they understand what they are doing, how it works. School just never seems to end here at Cherniss Tire World. We constantly require our mechanics and staff to attend training seminars.
Warranties:
Plain and Simple, you will not have to hunt us down if you have a problem. If you have a warranty, then we will stand behind it. We have been in business for 26 years because we take care of the customer. We are fair and reasonable. Many parts have a free lifetime replacement warranty. Brakes come with 12 month or 12,000 mile warranties, 2 year or 24 month warranties, and the most common
3 year or 36,000 mile warranties.
We guarantee all work we do and we treat you the way we would want to be treated if we were in your shoes.
